   On October, 12nd 2024, CJ Gemadept hosted the "Chim Sẻ Xuống Núi" event – marking an important milestone in the journey of training and developing young talents from the GLC’s NEXT GEN 2023 - GJ GEMADEPT LOGISTICS MANAGEMENT TRAINEE PROGRAM (Chim Sẻ III). This intensive training program aims to shape young professionals into future logistics experts and leaders.

   At the "Chim Sẻ Xuống Núi" event, 9 outstanding candidates officially completed a rigorous training phase. They have honed their skills, gained practical experience, and faced challenges in the logistics industry. Now, they are ready to embark on their careers in various departments at CJ Gemadept, where their talents and creativity will continue to flourish. The "Chim Sẻ" participants have had the opportunity to be involved in significant projects, from operational roles such as warehouse management, transport coordination, and data control, to business development, procurement, and distribution logistics. This event marks not just the end of their training but the beginning of a long and promising career ahead.

   Throughout the program, the "Chim Sẻ" members participated in large-scale CJ Gemadept projects, taking on multiple tasks and roles. With guidance from mentors in TEBS, VAWD, VATD, and BD departments, they have not only deepened their knowledge but also learned how to address real-world issues, develop leadership thinking, and enhance teamwork skills.

   One of the highlights of the program is the trust CJ Gemadept places in these young talents by assigning them key roles in major projects. This demonstrates their maturity and ability to handle significant responsibilities after the training period.

   After completing the training program, these 9 talented Sparrows are now officially assigned to various departments, such as VAWD, VATD, Business Development, Business Solutions, Procurement, and more. This is just the start of a new journey full of potential

   CJ Gemadept believes that with the solid foundation built during the program, the Chim Sẻ members will continue to grow, learn, and achieve new successes in their careers.
